All cycles start & finish in Upperchurch Village, Upperchurch, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Registration

Registration is in Upperchurch Community Centre on the morning of the cycle from 8:30am. If you are a Cycling Ireland member, please have your Cycling Ireland licence with you for sign on.

100km cycle – €25 / €20 with Cycling Ireland Licence

50km cycle – €25 / €20 with Cycling Ireland Licence

25km cycle – €10 or  €20 per family

Accommodation is available in Upperchurch Village and also local towns and villages.

Upperchurch Community Centre will be Event HQ. This is located in the centre of the village and will be signposted on the day.

Parking

Event parking will be available in Upperchurch village, approx 50m from Event HQ

Mechanical Support & Medical Backup

Emergency Contact numbers will be provided at sign on.

Refreshments Served before, during & after

Food & Water stops will be provided on route as well as refreshments before and after in Upperchurch

TLC4CF was founded by friends and family of People with Cystic Fibrosis in Tipperary, Limerick and Clare. We are a regional branch of the CFAI, dedicated to improving services for people with Cystic Fibrosis
